Marketplace role

PRQUR is designed as a procurement connection platform. Buyers submit requirements and suppliers may submit private quotations. Unless a future service explicitly states otherwise, PRQUR is not the seller of the requested goods or services and does not guarantee a supplier's stock, price, delivery or performance.

Buyer use

Buyers must submit genuine procurement requirements and accurate information. Requests must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive or intended to collect supplier information without a real purchasing purpose.

Supplier use

Suppliers are responsible for accurate business information, lawful supply capability, valid quotations, required licences and the fulfilment commitments they make to buyers.

Private quotations

Quotation data is intended for the relevant buyer and authorized PRQUR administration. Users must not misuse, scrape, republish or commercially exploit another participant's confidential marketplace information.

Verification and reputation

Verification indicates that PRQUR has completed the checks defined for the platform at that time; it is not a guarantee of performance. Membership payment alone does not create verified or trusted status.

Payments and contracts

The commercial contract for a selected requirement is between the buyer and supplier unless PRQUR explicitly introduces a separate transaction service in the future. Taxes, warranties, delivery, returns and sector-specific obligations remain the responsibility of the relevant parties.

Acceptable use

Users may not submit prohibited or restricted goods/services, malware, fraudulent requests, impersonation, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass platform authorization.
